Hello, I'm Nadav

I recently moved to California from Israel after completing three years of army service in a Special Operations unit of the IDF. Fitness is my passion; I received my personal trainer’s degree in 2011 and my Krav Maga instructor degree in 2013. In my free time, I love to hike, play frisbee and martial arts.

I always have a smile on my face and a can-do attitude; I will make sure to challenge you, motivate you, and tailor the workout session to maximize your results. With my years of experience as a personal trainer, specialized knowledge of Krav Maga, and effective army fitness techniques I assure you I am the trainer that will get you in shape!

Intro to Krav Maga

Krav Maga (pronounced “kravh mahGAH” ) is a self-defense system based on natural human instincts. If a confrontation cannot be prevented or avoided, then a krav maga practitioner must react to the danger in a fast and explosive manner, by inflicting minimum damage to an opponent allowing escape to safety as soon as possible.

Coaching one-on-one or group training, he empowers clients and teaches them how to change lifestyle and behavior patterns to promote a healthier lifestyle. Nutritional, recovery and other advisement are available for free with training packages.
